On March 18, 2021, an article about explosive ordnance clearance along the A16 near the Moerdijk Bridges was published on the website www.windparkklaverspoor.nl by Vattenfall. Several explosives from World War II were found and safely disposed of during this investigation. The purpose of the explosive ordnance clearance is to clear the area so that the construction of wind turbines can proceed safely. RTV Dordrecht 23 August 2022. 
On August 22nd, I was interviewed about the book I am writing on the war graves in Dordrecht. The book will focus on the names on these tombstones. Who were these individuals? Who were their families? Were they military personnel or resistance fighters? And how did they lose their lives? Questions like these will be answered in the book.
