12. Support troops on the Moerdijk road bridge during the Second World War.

This photograph shows elements of the 9th Panzer Division. It was taken during the May days of 1940, when large numbers of German units used the Moerdijk bridges to advance further into Fortress Holland. Here we see an Sd.Kfz. half‑track vehicle equipped with a light Flak gun.
