86. German soldiers at Villa Rozenburg on the Burgemeester de Raadtsingel in Dordrecht during the Second World War

German soldiers are positioned at Villa Rozenburg on the Burgemeester de Raadtsingel in Dordrecht. They appear to have set up a field kitchen in front of the building, and one soldier is even wearing a cook’s hat. For those with a sharp eye who regularly pass the Burgemeester de Raadtsingel, the decorative patterns (rectangle – circle – rectangle) at the bottom of the façade can still be seen today. These motifs remain in place to this day.
