The war grave of Gefreiter B. Wipprecht of the PAK Versuchskompanie at the General Cemetery in Dordrecht in May 1940. According to the report of that unit, he was killed shortly after their deployment in Rotterdam. However, it remains a mystery why he was buried all the way in Dordrecht. Behind Wipprecht lie three more graves. The first name is no longer readable, but next to that grave lie Oberjäger Erich Jakubowski and Gefreiter Johannes Biedermann of 11./FJR 1. Both were killed on or along the main road in Dordrecht on 11 May 1940 when the company was moving toward the city. On Jakubowski’s grave his paratrooper helmet is still visible.
