Darling, A card for you as well. Otherwise you might think I had forgotten you — but that isn’t so, you know that, don’t you? Things are going fairly well again, so I’ll assume that I may return to Bakel on Monday. Then you’ll soon hear whether it’s true — though you probably won’t know for certain yet. I’m sitting here daydreaming, and when I close my eyes I see everything before me. It feels almost real. If it’s the same for you, then I’m glad. So don’t worry. Everything will come together. I’m happy that things are finally moving again. You too, aren’t you? And how is your little mat doing this week? It must surely be wearing down by now. I’ve written a lot this week. Now darling, these are my thoughts written down. Goodbye.”
