Field mail from a military person in Sliedrecht - winter 1940
This field postcard is not dated. However, it was written in 1940, and based on the mention of snow, it is likely written in the winter of 1940. The card is addressed to someone named Kees. It says:
“Dear Kees, I received your card, thank you for that. It was nice to hear from you again. How is the ice skating going? Did it snow at your place too? I’m still doing great, and I heard the same about all of you, so that’s good. Greetings to everyone from your brother Henk!
